NAAATT Athletic Membership

Atletic Membership of the NAAATT is open to all active athletes, professional and amateur, from secondary school age and above.

Application Form

Please complete and submit the NAAATT Athletic Membership Application Form. All areas marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

Under Sixteen

If you are under 16 years of age please be to sure submit your parent/gaurdian contact details in the fields provided.

Photo

The form will allow you to select and attach a PDF, PNG or JPEG file from your hard drive. Maximum size is 1 Mb.

Subscription

Athletic Membership fees are TT30.00 per calendar year. After your application form has been approved, payment can be made through your club* or at the NAAATT Head Office. Cheques can be mailed to the same mailing address with the applicants name clearly written on the back.
